If I had known how many sequels were available I might have just done this whole playlist on songs from movies from other movies. This song and movie rings pretty well to the people that are on the top. Not the good managers, not the great owners, but the people in charge (or think that they are in charge) I can just hear it… I am going to need those TPS reports ASAP. So, If you could do that, that’d be greeeeaaaaaat. Or how about just the whole concept of do as I say, not as I do. We learned this from our parents, and as the highers ups get more and more about them, the ground level workers (and core of the company) forget what it is to enjoy their positions. While this has nothing really to directly do with the movie, because it’s a super cute movie, but it’s grossly overshadowed by the original. This song however, not only the second song on this playlist by my favorite artist, but really exemplifies two sides of entitlement.
When you think about your business one of the hardest things to plan for in advance is disgruntled customers. No matter how hard you try, there are going to be customers that just are not going to be happy. In the end, to make sure that you don’t have to deal with them, or the situation, inevitably you just give their money back, let them keep the product and move forward to the next customer. With customer service in place, you are able to help stay on top of anything negative. Welcome calls, follow up messaging when shipping goes out, and follow up calls to ensure that the product got there on time. With Steel Raccoon, you can prepare for anything the customer might have for you and avoid any hasty decisions in working out solutions. While we can’t always anticipate what a customer is going to do, we do know that being prepared and having solid policies for any given situation will help turn their frowns upside down and get you what you want.
I am pretty sure with how vague this post was, that I stumped you. Was I right? https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0368933/
