This one hits hard.. really hard. Not the normal chill music that I usually listen to but there was a day that this was stuff that was listened to all the time. Here is the thing. This rings so true. You are only going to get where you push yourself to get. There are always going to be those that are more “privileged” and that have access to things without work. I always loved the beat, and the drive of this song, but never really thought about the reality of the lifestyle that “those people” have. When you are looking at things from the core of what they are, and not just what you see, this is what becomes real. With customer service, and with any offer, we want to offer something “easy on the eyes” and that makes sense, but still provide the depth to making sure that the customer isn’t just walked through to get their dollars. Steel Raccoon makes sure that the core of your business is handled and that the feel from the customer is that of family and familiar, not just someone looking in from the outside and wanting more. While there is a time and a place for the jet-set life, customer service isn’t one of them. We are like the girl/boy nextdoor, we all know how that story goes.
