Is there a quirky song that just makes you smile. There are so many songs in my world that hit that mark. This month I might have another They Might be Giants song on the UnMasked list, but this one is one of my go to songs for playlists to just be fun. The video for it doesn’t disappoint either (https://youtu.be/NhjSzjoU7OQ), it is a song that makes you think, and for me has so many memories, but I just find myself jumping around, grinning like a dork and just singing along. One of the thoughts I have about this song is the verse.. I

Sometimes when we have customers we have to realize that we might be the only one that someone talks to in a day. They have their own issues, and whether they are calling to find out about the product, complain about a service, or just got a subpar package that needed attention. While we aren’t “friends” we know how we would want to help a friend. How we would want to be treated when the situation was flipped. Either way the customer has a need and we are there to help your brand look amazing and make sure that our new “friends” are well taken care of.
