I’ll be the first to admit that we have gotten real creative in connecting music to Customer Service with the unMasked series. With today’s addition to the Steel Raccoon playlist being “Booty Bounce”, I immediately thought about the “Why” behind our Call Center and how we approach service in general.

This is a go to song if you need a quick mid day pick up. The purpose of our daily music is to start the day with some fun and energy. You really have to keep your staff motivated and I believe that goes beyond a Call Center environment. At Steel Raccoon, we do all the little things that result in happy customers. To the benefit of the customers we interact with, the bottom line of our clients, and the mutual respect of our call center agents.
